Supergirl & the Legion of Super-Heroes (2006-2007)

This series started as Legion of Super-Heroes (2005-2006) and then changed its title to Supergirl and the Legion of Super-Heroes in issue #16. Supergirl appeared from issues #16-36, which were collected in four volumes (below). The series continued under the original title after Supergirl’s departure, finishing its run with issue #50. These later issues were not well received due to the change in creative team.

In-universe, Supergirl travelled to the 31st century between Supergirl #5 and #6 of her 2005 series, however this was never referenced in her own series until she regained her memories in Supergirl #21-22 when she encountered an alternate version of the Legionnaires in her own time.
